So there I was, pouring myself a delicious glass of EPO, rubbing my crotch with chamois cream and getting ready to slowly ride eight abreast on country lanes, when I saw Velogames tweet that the TdF edition of their excellent fantasy league is now open.
So for the third (or maybe fourth) year, I've set up a WHO league for you lovely people.

The bloke that runs it updates the rider list once a day as teams declare their line-ups (for instance Dimension Date today).
